1. Ognisko/Bonfire - Bond park shelter reserved for Oct 9

   Many people are interested - we discussed how much and what kind of food will be needed - also book exchange was proposed.

2. New Years Eve was discussed - we will need about 100 people to sign up - we have around 50. Hotel and $150 ticket is the preferred option.

3. Christmas Dinner was discussed - proposed date December 11th, place the same as last time.

4. Jadwiga Zerda resigned from PAC secretary - Piotr Gucwa accepted this position.

5. International Festival is under new management and we don’t know how it will look like. We decided not to participate this year.

6. We will participate in Raleigh Christmas Parade, November 19th.
