Minutes:
1 Settlement from New Year's Eve and Christmas Dinner
Our expenses were lower than income from tickets. So the New Year's party balance is positive.
2. Preparing for Ostatki (Mardi Gras).
Ostatki are planned for March 2nd. Place in Holly Springs has been rented - the same as last year. Time, ticket prices and everything else the same as last year.
3. Happy Hours in 2019
We are ready to organize monthly Happy Hours if there is enough interest. Educational events were discussed. We may have those instead or in addition to happy hours. Piotr Kralka and Hanna Gracz will organize next happy hour on March 29th
4. UNCG Orchestra tour to Poland
We won't support the tour financially but we will offer accommodation help if the UNCG is interested.
5. Google group E-mail mistakes
Google group mistake happens when someone sends private email to everyone in the google group. Paying attention and checking TO email address helps to avoid mistakes.
6. Handing over all banking matters
Banking matters were passed to the new PAC management.
