If you face D.H.Library from Hillsborough Street/Founders Dr, Scott Hall building is on the right of the library. Front entry is closed at this time of the day. Please use stairs to go down to open patio and then turn right going towards open staircase on side of the Scott Hall building. Follow stairs up to room 216

1. Review Meeting Minutes from January 23

Minutes have been approved

2. Settlement from PAC Ostatki/ Mardi Gras

We had full attendance. All party expenses were covered by income from tickets.

3. PAC Upcoming Events

April 27 - Mushroom presentation
May 19 - Majowka - Picnic
June 8 - Enigma Presentation, Club Meeting after presentation.

4. PAC Scholarship

1 or none $1000 scholarships will be awarded.
Eligible are students who are involved in Club activities or whose family members are involved.
Hanka Gracz and Jacek Paszkowiak were elected as members of Scholarship Committee.
Scholarship will be awarded to student receiving maximum number of votes.
Members of the PAC Board and members of the Scholarship Committee have right to vote.
Jadwiga will prepare draft of the PAC Scholarship web page.

5. Support Polish Soccer Team in RDU Area

Club is interested in supporting Polish Soccer Team. We are waiting for a proposal from Polish Soccer Team.

6. Schedule Next PAC Meeting in May

Next PAC meeting is scheduled on June 8th after the presentation.

  • Jadwiga Zerda was presented with the award by PAC President for her hard work and devotion to the Club.

  • Help for Polish School was discussed. Club would like to meet with Lucyna Kozek and Hanka Gracz to discuss details.

  • Club would like to offer financial support to Polish Soccer Team, Polish School, Polish students but our budget is limited.

  • We are looking for a business sponsors. Any other suggestions how to increase our budget are welcome.
