The Presentation

Prescient donated funds to the Polish History Museum to fund the purchase of an Enigma machine. The presentation will focus on Poland’s involvement in cracking the Enigma code and how that relates to Prescient’s employment of over 100 software and design engineers today.

Bio

Rich is the son of a Polish immigrant and a senior marketing executive who has grown brands and businesses at leading multinational companies around the world. He is now the Chief Marketing Officer of Prescient, a Durham-based technology company in the construction industry with a large technology office in Poland.

Rich earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Duke University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. He served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force prior to attending Harvard. He is married with two sons, one graduating from Duke in May and the other a Sophomore at Tufts University.

If you face D.H.Library from Hillsborough Street/Founders Dr, Scott Hall building is on the right of the library, just behind the campus bus stop. Due to the construction between Scott Hall and the library, enter the stairs behind the bus stop and then follow signs to the room 216.
The closest parking lot is across the Hillsborough Street next to the roundabout near the Scot Hall.
