1. Ognisko/Bonfire in Cary Bond Park Kiwanis Shelter Oct 24
   Shelter is reserved.
   Entry is free.
   Face masks are encouraged.

2. International festival delayed till April 2022
   We were told that because of the virus situation, the festival will be moved to next year.

3. PAC Elections
   We plan to have PAC elections this year.
   We will be electing all members of the Executive Board - President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
   The first step is to appoint an Election Committee. Next step is to find nominees.

4. Treasury Report
   Jadwiga presented the treasury report.

5. Other
   We had a discussion how the Club can better serve the Polish community in RTP.
   Because of the virus, the Club is less active than before.
   Participants had few ideas - presentations, happy hour, meetings in private houses, trips.
